I've had the most recent issue of Worship Leader Magazine sitting next to my desk for a few days now.  Last night I finally got into it a little bit.  This month's cover article by Gordon MacDonald is incredibly thought provoking, especially because of the final question he poses.  After briefly recounting the story of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, MacDonald asks this questions: "If you knew you and the people you were going to lead in worship were going to die within days, what songs would you sing?"

In the next article, several worship leaders share what their "final set list" (so to speak) would be.  I've been pondering this idea today, and I'll admit, I don't know yet what mine would be.  But it seems like a worthwhile thing to consider, so I'll be continuing to think and, sometime in the near future, I'll be posting my list here.  If you're a worship leader (or even if you're not!), I would love to see your "final set lists" too... feel free to post them in the comments below.

One song for sure would be "My Jesus I Love Thee."
